Title: Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, helping define the product vision, and working closely with R&D, pre-sales and support to ensure product and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Help define product roadmap based on business leader's strategy, competitive landscape and customer requirements.

2. Manage the development of current and future features, user stories, and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing customer needs.

3. Drive the usability vision for the product and user interface designs.

4. Manage the product backlog and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed.

5. Participate in development, testing, and deployment reviews to assure requirements are being properly addressed.

6. Product demonstration and training for the field, operational teams and critical customers.

7. Act as a leader within the company & help drive product innovation into the corporate culture.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise :

1. A technical bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.

2. Experience in a technical role prior to MBA will be a key plus too.

3. Any prior experience as a business analyst or a customer-facing role as a domain expert will be a key plus

4. UX and/or User Interface Design skills will be a key plus.

5. Strong analytical skills

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
