COVIAM - Product Manager

Role of the position:

- Communicate with user to understand their business needs

- Collaborate with Business user and technology to build solutions

- Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories

- Prioritise within multiple requirements

- Research and continously learn about competitive products in the market

- Review scenario tests for the improvements, features, and projects to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirements

- Attend & lead agile product development process including backlog grooming, sprint planning and prioritization sessions and daily stand-ups

- Analyse the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates, increase usage

Technical Skillset

- Passion to go above and beyond the scope of work

- Knowledge about E-commerce systems and workflows

- Knowledge about Agile and scrum Methodology

- Ability to build solutions from ideas

- Ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral medium

- Ability to take decisions based on analysis
