CoverSure - Senior Product Manager

- We are in search of a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the FinTech sector, and experience in scaling mobile applications from the ground up. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our upcoming CoverSure App.

Candidates who meet the following requirements :

- Someone who owns the entire user and revenue growth (Performance, organic, offline).

- Someone who has been a part of a 0-1 journey, preferably from Insurtech, fintech or E-com space

- Exposure to funnel conversion rate optimization

- 3-7 years of total experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the strategy, vision, and execution of CoverSure App, ensuring it meets the users' needs and business objectives.

- Utilize your FinTech expertise to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to design and deliver high-quality product solutions.

- Manage complex B2B and backend integrations, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhanced value proposition.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, inclusive of post-launch analysis and iterative enhancement.

- Scrutinize market trends, user feedback, and analytics to make informed product decisions.

- Mentor and nurture junior product management personnel, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 4 years experience in product management, with a significant portion within the FinTech sector.

- Proven experience in scaling mobile applications, especially in the 0 to 1 phase.

- Exceptional knowledge of product management principles and methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

- A deep understanding of the financial and insurance landscape in India is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
