About the Role:

- The role will be an integral part of business with key focus on building, sustaining and deepening relations with insurers. Being an insurtech, our aim is to build mutually fruitful insurer-industry partnership and collaborate to grow as one of the most powerful distribution platforms.

- The aim is to facilitate a seamless buying experience for the user providing them with a wide range of choices at competitive prices, as also to enable the clients & partners to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and deepen both existing and new insurer relationships to support the strategic vision of the Group while providing a wide range of choices to the end customer.

- Build and maintain partnerships with a view to manage the P&L for clients as well as insurance partners.

- Develop short, medium and long-term strategies to manage performance against sales and profitability targets, coordinating with stakeholders across functions (finance, business, operations & services, technology).

- Conceptualize and pitch bundling of insurance products with client affiliations to grow and scale the business.

- Analyse and draw up research to gain expertise on emerging trends in insurance ecosystem and build relationships in the insurance fraternity

- Publish periodic dashboards and monitoring reports on insurer engagements, trends in the industry and benchmarking with best practices.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

- 2 to 7 years of experience in the Insurance ecosystem, having created productive network in the fraternity.

- Experience in Insurance Industry is a huge plus.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, networking and relationship building are must have competencies.

- Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently to drive results
