What are the role expectations? - Identify and recruit digitally and phygitally female entrepreneurs / agents from variety of sources aligned to taking up insurance sales and being financially self-reliant. - Create and maintain ecosystem to build female-oriented agency network. - Inspire and drive team to achieve business targets. - Sustain and enhance service levels to build a positive customer experience in understanding and buying insurance. - Exploring and executing business opportunities with potential new as well as existing partners. Deepen and broaden business base by growing organization's portfolio. What would be our key profile considerations? - Graduate / Post graduate with keen interest & 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. - Understanding and affinity to create female-oriented sales network. - Sales experience is a must. Understanding of insurance is a plus. - Proven track record of managing and driving women-oriented sales channel. - Ability to thrive in fast paced, digitally led ecosystem.
