About the Role :
At Coverfox, we are looking for HR Business Partners to work closely to attract, retain and engage the right talent as we scale and grow as a business; ensure that our work culture & ethos are sustained and can think out-of-the-box for the most conventional aspects of employee life cycle.

Your key goals and responsibilities :
- Recruitment: It forms 70% of the role as we scale and grow as an organization but the focus is on fitment and quality of talent as opposed to volumes of hiring.
- Recruit for tech as well as non-tech talent through multitude of sources - social media, organic and non-organic.
- Be accountable for end-to-end recruitment process including building / reviewing JDs, talent sourcing, offer negotiations and joining.
- Be comfortable in managing diverse levels of hiring from entry level to senior positions; and manage stakeholders to be able to align people & business requirements.
Onboarding to Exit: Understand business vision and ensure HR support as key enabler to business.
- Ensure documentation across employee lifecycle points from joining up until exit.
- Relay HR policies in practice. Facilitate transfers, movement, leaves, etc.
- Ensure discipline and compliance is maintained through trackers, memos and so on.
Employee Engagement & People Culture:
- Drive initiatives to incorporate Best Practices in HR in aligned with the Coverfox work culture.
- Partner with business & leadership on interventions for performance management, employee engagement, rewards & recognition etc.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Atleast 5+ years of experience in HR generalist / talent acquisition role.
- Experience working with tech / non-tech workforce. Having worked in start-up or transformational ecosystem is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication. People orientation and connect with employees across levels.
- Ability to take ownership, be a self-starter and have attention to detail.
Salary offered: 12-18LPA
