About the Role :

The role is to lead the finance function - revenue assurance, financial reporting, reconciliation & liaising with insurers & clients etc. reporting into the Financial Controller. It is imperative for the incumbent of the role to be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis :

- Create dashboards and MIS reports for financial reporting, regulatory & investor reporting.

- Focus on revenue assurance from insurers, clients and monitor financial performance.

- Take ownership for budgeting & overseeing the overall financial discipline of the Company; keeping stakeholders posted on the financial health of the Company.

- Ensuring the timely completion and submission of financial and statistical reporting or stakeholders and regulatory agencies

- Own month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, collections with insurers.

- File and maintain records for regulator (IRDA, others) as applicable.

- Manage and ensure closure on investor due diligence reporting, audit process on need basis.

Your key qualifications & competencies :

- Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years' post qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Assurance function; Insurance experience is a MUST.

- Strong inclination to work in a start-up to scale-up organization with a blend of hands-on and managerial approach.

- Commercial and business understanding; strong attention to detail and technical know how of financial aspects.
