Analyst/Associate - CEOs Office

Role: As an Analyst/Associate you will assist the Leadership team. You will play an integral part in business requirements and comprehensive solutions for a number of critical projects.

Your key goals and responsibilities (will include but not be limited to the following) :

- Working on various strategic initiatives and corporate projects in line with the growth vision for the company - identifying gaps / obstacles and driving closures.

- Be an influencer for internal and external stakeholders to drive business levers and institutionalize change.

- Gaining analytical insights from raw data, presenting the insights and providing necessary support to the leadership team for seamless execution of projects.

- Assist with Design communications / pitches for investors, employees and external stakeholders / media etc.

- Market research & competitor analysis

What you MUST have :

- You must be a graduate / post graduate from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes preferably in Business / Engineering / Economics / Statistics.

- 0 to 1 years of experience in consulting /Investments/ tech start-ups

- Experience working with C-suite, business strategy and project management.

- Excellence in analytical thinking, problem solving ability (without being tool-minded), data analytics & modelling and creating business reports & pitches

- Knowledge of Technologies: SQL, Postgres, Tableau, Excel

- Experience & expertise at MS office, report writing and presenting findings
