We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated program manager to assist in process excellence and continuous improvement of the strategic initiatives executed by the Founder's & COO's Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth team at Renegade.

As a Program Manager, you will -

An ideal candidate would utilize Program management skills to track day-to-day operations & tracks metrics for new & strategic initiatives designed by the Founder's & COO's Office across cross-functional departments. Engage with teams to streamline and improve the processes. The candidate will drive speed, efficiency, and simplification of the processes by implementing best practices across the business and minimizing process variance through standardization and automation. The candidate shall possess good program management skills and have the ability to pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, standardize processes, and eliminate the root cause of defects within the existing system. The individual will be responsible for leading and driving process improvements (short-term wins) as well as process design/ redesign (long-term wins) efforts by maintaining close relationships with internal stakeholders in order to understand the pain points and opportunities.

This job will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while having the ability to work independently in a challenging environment. Fast-paced and sound judgment needs to be exercised where clear guidelines may not exist and priorities may change. The candidate will be motivating others to meet the challenges in a deadline-driven and rapid expansion environment while achieving impeccable quality. The successful candidate will be proficient at solving complex challenges and possess a bias to get things done and deliver results quickly.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Degree in any discipline

2. Min 1-3 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes where associates are required to handle large volumes of data as part of their daily tasks and take decisions based on analysis of such data

3. Proficient in Excel - Prior experience in Advanced excel, conditional formatting, Vlookup and VBA macros.

4. Competent business and technical writing skills.

5. Analytical skills - has the ability to ask the right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions.

6. Excellent computer skills for use of digital tools for project management and document control (Visio, MS Excel, Sharepoint).

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

8. Bias for action and high on ownership

9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

10. Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment

11. Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems, build scalable processes

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Change agent with energy, passion and skill to drive change.

2. Demonstrated ability to effectively balance/prioritize issues.

3. Strong relationship building/networking/interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

5. Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required.

6. Be self-driven and show the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.

7. An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
