As Digital Marketing Associate, the incumbent will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for Agency channel partners. Developing and executing the

As a Digital Marketing Associate, your work will involve:

- Plan and execute performance, digital marketing & lead generation campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, mail, social media, and display advertising for the US market.

- Design, build and maintain our digital presence on platforms like Glassdoor, Google My Business, other platforms.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess, against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for paid and organic lead generation.

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests, collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Who are we looking for -

- 3-5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing and lead generation. Experience in the US market preferred.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing, database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, Inform, and motivate customers.

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, experience with A/B, multivariate experiments, solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, etc)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook campaigns, LinkedIn,

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
