Carrier Operations Associate - M&A Team

You will :

1) Responsible for carrier transfer projects for the M&A agencies.

2) Update and create SOPs.

3) Maintain carrier database and communicate changes with various teams.

4) Assist in organizing and coordinating the process, compilation and assessment of the information received.

5) Help in conducting daily meetings, reviews, metrics, and clear documentation of follow ups with prospective agents and carriers.

6) Develop analysis for all potential transactions and provide input into the preparation of technical reports for senior M&A teams & other stakeholders.

7) Collaborate with respective sub-function to compile and manage communication.

8) Create and deliver detailed documentations & reports to assist Stakeholders.

9) Assist on new carrier appointment process, expansion into additional states, and book rolls.

What You'll Need :

1) 3-5 years of professional experience working in an M&A position with an ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive, and dynamic industry.

2) Bachelor or master's degree (preferred) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field or an equivalent experience.

3) Exceptional communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

4) Excellent Analytical skills, for research and analysis as well as skill in processing raw information and data, drawing useful insights and recommendations from it.

5) Good Interpersonal and time management skills. Result-oriented individual, highly adaptable, a self-starter with an ability to work independently and with team in a fast-paced volatile and constantly evolving environment.

6) Great with people management skills, with an ability to establish strong and meaningful relationships with influence skills to work through cross-functional teams and agents.
