As an Associate, you will :

1. Work with the tech and finance team to provide the customers a seamless payments and transactions flow.

2. E2E implementation of key payment projects

3. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build out critical payment solutions needed.

4. Define, own, and drive the core metrics to enable payments success.

5. Influence internal stakeholders to buy-in to your projects using program management skills, solid data analysis, business login and presentation skills.

What we look for in you:

1. 2-5 Years of mandatory experience working in global payments/fintech early-stage or high-growth startups.

2. BA / BS / MA / MS degree or equivalent practical experience

3. Solid analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

4. Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems, build scalable processes

5. Excellent oral and written English skills

6. Comfort working in high growth, constantly changing environment

7. Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint) Perform other special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by management
