ROLE- Gen AI Architect REQUIREMENTS We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our team and take a lead role in developing Generative AI models. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI techniques, LLMs and AI/ML, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI-driven content creation. RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the design and architecture of advanced Generative AI large language models, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models/algorithms to enhance and/or automate existing business product with predictive and intelligent decision-making, content aggregation and contextualized insights. - Define and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, with a focus on generative models, LLM & Chatbots. - Develop and oversee MLOps strategies to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models, particularly focusing on LLM and generative AI models, ensuring their robustness, scalability, and compliance with industry standards. - Stay at the forefront of AI technological advancements, especially in Generative AI and LLM, and assess their applicability to our business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI/ML & data engineers, and functional SMEs, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of AI solutions with business objectives. - Oversee the technical aspects of AI projects, ensuring optimal performance, scalability and integration. - Develop robust and secure data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI model training and deployment. - Lead the evaluation of new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies, advocating for the adoption of technologies that align with our strategic goals. - Present technical strategies and progress updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. - Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. - Engage with the AI community through publications, conferences, and collaborations, promoting the cutting-edge AI capabilities. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical/IT field. - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, including hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM. - Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing complex AI systems in a production environment. - Proven experience in MLOps methodologies and tools, with a specific focus on deploying, monitoring, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments. - Must be an expert in developing neural networks using Python, Tensorflow or Pytorch framework. - Strong Experience of NLP (NLTK, Spacy, BERT, SBERT models). - Required good Experience of LLMs, Gen AI, RAG, Langchain, EmbedChain, Transformers. - Must have an in-depth understanding of generative models for text and image generations - In-depth understanding of the latest trends and developments in AI and ML, especially in generative models and LLM. - Strong leadership skills with experience in leading technical teams. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
