Primary Research
You will have experience in Primary Quantitative Research and Data analytics. You will be supporting the team with ensuring high quality data and insightful analyses as well as on the product development.
1. Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and providing insights
2. Help design and manage primary surveys.
3. Support team with analysis, preparing and delivering insightful reports
4. Data-basing, norming and mining dataset spanning multiple studies to derive meta-analysis. Prepare excel summaries and power point reports.
5. Handle project management activities and ensure delivery of quality and timely deliverables.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to ensure timely deliveries
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies :
1. Experience in designing and executing Market Research Surveys with sufficient experience in Advertising Research and Tracking Surveys
2. Experience in Digital Surveys and Analytics.
3. Ability to manage large datasets
4. Knowledge and application experience in advanced statistical techniques and concepts, including, regression, classification, clustering, predictive modeling and forecasting, statistical learning, and experience applying them in real world projects
5. Expertise in MS Excel and Power Point
6. Knowledge and experience using data processing tools like SPSS
7. Ability to perform complex data analysis and statistical modelling in Python
8. Ability to generate insights and strong story telling skills to deliver actionable reports.
9. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
10. Ability to speak to senior management : Internal as well as client side
11. Design thinking and understanding
12. Strong client service orientation
