SUMMARY :

You will be responsible for managing all delivery for Course5's pharmaceutical clients. This will primarily be driven towards building strong relationships within the assigned accounts. You will be required to work closely with the senior members of the team to drive solutioning and methodology for a variety of engagements and ensure that you drive high-quality standards and on-time delivery. You will also be required to maintain a thorough knowledge of new and evolving solutions in competitive intelligence and have the ability to work in close collaboration with the brand, regional, forecasting, market research and market access teams that often serve as horizontal support across portfolios or brands.

You will be reporting to the Sr. Vice President and closely work with the sales team in order to align yourself with the - business objectives of the line of business.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

DELIVERY :

- Have complete responsibility for client satisfaction in the delivery

- Areas of delivery include but are not limited to:

- Competitive Intelligence - Primary and secondary, conference coverage, opportunity assessments

- Market Research Analytics - ATUs and message testing, payor insights, digital sensing, reporting and dashboarding

- Strategic Intelligence - Disease area strategy, support for strategy workshops, asset and portfolio evaluation, generic and biosimilar threat assessment

- Therapy area focus - Oncology, Biosimilars, CV&M, Neurology, Immunology, Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, Orphan Diseases, Pain and Medical Devices

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our engagement with the client and work with them on the most relevant solutions for their specific business needs

- Facilitate and drive smooth kick off of new projects within the engagement

- Identify risks to the client achieving their stated business goals and work to resolve them within the capacity we work with them

NON-DELIVERY :

- Resource planning and allocation

- Hiring and retention, competency skill mapping

- Training and on-boarding of all new employees

- Support for business development (pitch decks, proposals, conference presence, liaising with sales teams)

- Travel for delivery of projects and business development

- Management of external consultants (global primary CI analysts and overflow India based consultants)

- Managing Nontangible elements (emotional health of the group etc.)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

- Experienced in global pharmaceutical consulting and possess a good understanding of the global pharmaceutical landscape

- Good working knowledge of product opportunity assessment, commercialization strategy, market segmentation, positioning strategy, competitive intelligence and how they apply to the business needs of brand teams both in launch and R&D strategy

- Knowledge of working on therapy areas like Oncology, Immunology, Neurology will be integral

- Must possess a strong business acumen and presentation skills

- Very strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills required for the synthesis of data and interpretation of results

- Ability to interface well with all levels of the organization, partnering well across all geographies and functions

- 10+ years in the industry or in pharma consulting

- Graduate/PostGraduate from a first or second tier business school
