Country Warehouse Associate - Supply Chain Management

Oversee all warehouse related activities and ensure that they are reflected in SAP as well as documented with required hard copies which complies with the industry norms and customs regulations.

Description

Descriptive Job Summary:

- Task-To ensure that all movement of goods are managed properly and is reflected perfectly in SAP and documented with Hardcopies according to customs rules and regulations and industry standards.

- Make sure to keep the Customs records, Bond registers others in place.

- Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods Administer the goods in order to assure the goods have kept in order

- Day today supervision of staff and overseeing the work carried out by the members

- Coordinate with the stock supervisor and plan the schedule of deliveries to have a smooth movement of stocks to shops

Reports & Extensions:

- To generate official reports to Customs on monthly bases and make sure to put up bond extensions & re-credits in time with customs.

Internal/Statutory Audit:

- To ensure & support Warehouse Manager on internal and statutory audits conducted in a smooth manner, all processes documented, and necessary information is available.

- To take care customs acivity of Bonding & De-Bonding in absence of Warehouse Manager

Documents Submission:

- Submission of all BOE/Triplicate in time to finance for vendors payment.

- Should have good knowledge in excel workings

Accountabilities:

- Accurate in SAP data & Customs record. Technical Skills

- Proficient in Ms. Excel & Ms. Office, SAP is added advantage
