Job Description
- Build an in-house training team, systems, processes and modules.
- Create a long term framework for capability building with a vision to develop in-house talent and attract the best from the industry.
- Responsible for collecting, tracking, monitoring employee training feedback as per agreed timeframe.
- Support sales & Marketing, factory team on specific training requirements for developing the employees / workmen in collaboration with Line managers / Factory Managers / IR managers.
- Support the country HR Head in developing the training modules based on the training needs in achieving the required training requests and measuring the same for effectiveness.
- Responsible for developing, updating and maintaining the training calendar, updation and maintenance all training related documents.
- Responsible for identifying the training vendors and vendor tie-up for all behavioural / soft skills / functional skills ensuring the quality / uniformity in instilling the required knowledge & skills sets for all functional programs / soft skills in consultation with Country Head HR.
- Responsible for implementing required process to instill sustained learning mechanism and a mind-set focused on sustained development
for employees.
- Responsible for all Audits from HR perspective and SPoC for ensuring quality compliance.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs with support from Country Head HR.
- Key supporter for specific HR projects rolled out globally & locally to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project objectives & results
- Keep updated on the latest developments with regard to learning concepts and provide recommendation to Country Head HR on a periodic basis for possible implementation considering the business need.
- Responsible for effectively managing, measuring effectiveness and following-up of all functional programs with Technical Training team as per agreed time-frame on various functional / technical programs internal / external with regard to Sales employees, applicators & CSR technical programs with guidance from Country Head HR.
- Responsible for providing timely inputs to Development specialist on employee communication as per required levels to ensure effective timely communication on various learning and engagement initiatives.
- Provide timely support to HR team on need based activities as discussed and agreed with Country Head HR with regard to Employee surveys, engagement initiatives and driving performance management.
- Leadership training and coaching experience is good to have
- Should be able to identify, conceptualise, design, develop, deliver and asses trainings across behavioural, technical and soft skill domains.
