Country Tax Manager - FMCG/Agri - CA

- Tax advising and consulting

- Business partnering and Tax compliance

- Deal structuring

- Ad hoc Tax responsibilities

- Audit, Transfer pricing, reporting, scrutiny, assessment,

Indirect Tax (Secondary Responsibility) :

- Indirect Tax Laws

- GST and VAT

- Filing of appeals, litigation documents, working in conjunction with external consultants

- Audits and Compliance

Profile :

- Chartered Accountant

- Post qualification experience of 8+ years

- Strong exposure to Direct Taxation

- Manufacturing or trading environment (Big 4 candidates with experience in handling FMCG/trading clients also ok)

- Working knowledge of indirect taxation

- Strong written and Communication skills
