Product line: Sanitaryware / ceramics / Paints / Furniture fittings

Experience Level: 10 to 15 Yrs

Job Role:

- Responsible for Managing the Territory (Nepal)

- Leading a Team of Professionals and Meeting Agreed Sales Target.

- Ensure Customer Service and Satisfaction.

- Impart Product Application Knowledge to Channel Partners and Influencers.

- Building Relationship with Architect & Builders.

- Mentor & Develop Team Members to deliver Superior Performance- month after month.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Intellectual comfort with High end Product/Premium Positioning

- Leadership ability Team Size could be Moderate to large

- Exposure to Channel & Institutional Sales and Ability to deal with Influencers

- Self-Motivated, Result Oriented with a mind set to exceed expectations on consistent basis.

- Constant Learner should be able to move to the next level within 3/5 years
