Country Sales Manager - IT Products (SAAS/Marketing Automation/ERP)

Our client is one of the leading players in the marketing automation domain with an instant brand recall within the domain they operate. They have ambitious plans of having a global footprint and targeting to become leader in their product categories across the globe with state of the art product development centers and cutting-edge technology products which are game changers in the marketing automation industry and already rated as one of the best .

With headquarters in the US, they have a highly aggressive strategy for Asia and for their India operations, they are currently looking for Country Sales Manager to spearhead their aggressive sales strategy.

- Ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years with MBA from Institute of repute with hands on experience in selling technology products in Marketing Automation/ SAAS/ERP domain to large Institutional clients.

- Should lead a team of sales, pre-sales,campaign management & technology teams, achieve the numbers and the implement the growth strategy quarter on quarter.

- He/She Should have excellent contacts in the Industry (preferably BFSI), record of a successful sales career/ building brand for the products and organization..

- Proven track record in sales of technology products to Institutional customers/ BFSI / Retail sector and striking high value deals is a must.

- This role requires highly number driven approach, and the incumbent should be a self starter with a proactive approach and out of box mindset, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
