- Responsible for achieving annual sales plan and market development in India
- Continually align business strategy toward achieving vision for segment
- Responsible for direct sales of IFS Applications, Envecon solutions and other related Services
- Plan & execute sales activities in region, expand footprint in compete customers, upsell, cross-sell andretain existing business
- Align internal eco system with customer business plans
- Co-create and execute marketing plans for India market
- Advocate and achieve high CSAT
- Focus on de-risking funnel through 10X pipeline
- Expand business through alliance and partner network across regions
- Continual upskilling
