Job Profile
- To achieve national sales targets, margins, increase market share and manage expenses within budgets as stipulated by supporting and encouraging direct & indirect reports and ensuring alignment of division's objective.
- To lead and drive the company's P&L growth and management with the objective to take the business to new heights and achieve sustainable above market growth.
- Successfully develop significant customer relationships navigating the c-suite and administrators, governments, payors and helping the organization build meaningful KOL and physician relationships
- To ensure the business operation is managed effectively in terms of costs, operations and service excellence. To lead, build, shape and drive a team which is competent and geared towards achieving new and sustainable growth.
- To ensure the business operates within the corporate and industry regulatory parameters. Navigate through complexity, ambiguity and manage through a high growth environment prone to unpredictability.
