Our Client: Our client a giant entrepreneurial FMCG business in Africa
Your Role:
- The position is going to be designated as Regional Sales Manager. Since Nigeria is one of the most populous countries of Africa each region has a substantial volume of business and complexity of delivery to be managed.
- You should have 15+ yrs of experience in the FMCG world, should have managed direct distribution and large teams. If you have managed revenues of over USD 80 million that would be a big plus.
- Experience in developing and deploying RTM strategies, identifying new opportunities and creating within the system would be critical
Must Have:
- MBA preferably with 15+ years in quality FMCG with experience in direct distribution and traditional trade.
- Prior experience in developing and deploying RTM strategies would be great to have.
- Financial Acumen and Numerical ability should be very strong.
- An ability to motivate, mentor and monitor the sales team
