We are looking for a "Country Sales Lead UK & I" for a Leading SaaS platform Company in the restaurant industry globally.

Job Description :
- Recruit, develop and lead a team of sales managers & sales representatives.
- Be the face of the Company in your region.
- Be responsible for setting up Company r's local office and operations.
- Develop the long-term vision and strategy for your region and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.
- Be accountable for increasing revenue through new client acquisition and existing client expansion, at high rates of growth.
- Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle.
- Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to the C-level with our largest customers.
- Inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of team members, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for the Company.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with product, sales engineering, marketing and customer success teams in the organization.
- Participate in industry events to help drive market awareness & win over advocates.
- Own the country's revenue targets and manage against aggressive sales targets
- Scale sales teams and grow Business YoY by at least 100% annually in a SaaS company.
- Drive Sales and Team Performance metrics, analytics, and reporting methods.
