Country Sales Head - Valves/Pumps/Compressor/Turbines

Our client is a large MNC having multiple offices based in India.

Major Responsibilities:

- Lead the Country Sales Function

- Lead Direct Sales for Process Industry solutions

- Lead the strategy and growth for the BU

- Manage a Team of 25 & Strategy Execution

- Help the CEO in P&L management for the Valves BU

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- BE with 15+ yrs of exp

 Should have a National Level Sales management exp in products like: 

- Valves

- Compressors

- Turbines

- Pumps

- Capital Equipment in Process Industries

- Have managed sales of 100 Cr+ (MUST)

- Good communication & Leadership skills

- An experience of managing P&L would be an advantage
