Country Sales Head - FMCG/Lubricants/Paints/Tyres (BENGALI SPEAKING MUST)- IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS
One of the fastest growing Lubricant companies is looking for a seasoned FMCG sales & distribution professional to head Sales for its Bangladesh operations.
The company has an established manufacturing and sales operations in the country .
Key responsibilities shall include :
- Complete sales and distribution responsibility for the country.
- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.
- Design & implement the Channel Sales Strategy with specific focus in the Metro & Rural markets, RTM, new Product categories.
- Achieve & drive agreed sales volumes, collections and profitability for the regions with focus on Primary & Secondary Sales.
- Guide & motivate the sales team to deliver the results & improve the effectiveness of Channel Management.
- Ensure strong, sustainable & energetic sales team at all levels.
- We invite applications from premier B School graduates with 10- 15 years of post qualification experience .
- Should have experience in sales /business development in international markets or large Markets in India.
- Experience as business head/SBU head/ Regional head with complete P&L responsibility would be preferred.
- Must have led cross functional teams - sales, marketing, commercial in an FMCG/ Lubricants/Tyres/Paints
- MUST BE CONVERSANT IN BENGALI ( SPEAK, READ )
