Country Sales Head - Digital Privacy & Security Startup

Only candidates with Handset Terminal experience

- Responsible for drive distribution and sales via General Trade & Modern Trade. Will have to develop and deploy distribution in top 20 cities in India via distributor in each city and manage relationship with key Modern Trade accounts. Will be also responsible for managing the promotional team to drive sales in the trade. Has to drive the commercial responsibility with the trade incl schemes.

- Will have to develop and manage a highly motivated and committed team of sales managers in each city and account managers for Modern Trade.

- The Sales head should have 12-15 years of experience in sales & distribution in GT & MT.

- Should have experience is driving promotional team in form of promoters.

- Should be a good team leader with good communication skills.

- Should have people management and negotiation skills along with ability to manage sales ecosystems.

- Should have good understanding of the tax & legal guidelines.
