Job Profile:
- Implementation and application of global MRP processes and products in India
- Develops first-level straw-man for any new MRP initiatives/ adaptations for India and engage Regional MRP
- Managing compensation benchmarking exercise including liaison with Regional MRP and service providers
- Local coordination of global annual year end compensation process and any off cycle processes
- Manage local MRP communication requirements including employee handbooks and HR Connect content
- Local facilitation for compensation plans and benefit programs and governance requirements
- First level conceptualization and engagement on local EVP delivery including benefit and wellness programs
- Education of HR teams and businesses on MRP philosophy, practices and decision-making processes to ensure understanding and adherence to MRP processes and governance requirements
- Ensures compliance with global/ local statutory/ regulatory requirements and face off with auditors/ regulators
- Management of external service providers in necessary engagement with internal stakeholders
- Provides MRP advisory expertise for the solution of local business needs, complex individual queries, project-related initiatives and general implementation of MRP products and solutions
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 Institutes
- Exposure to MRP area would be preferred
- Impactful communication and influencing skills
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Understanding of HR applications and India labour law and regulatory landscape
- Strong business acumen
