Salary: 25000 USD - 28000 USD /Year
Nationality: #Sri Lanka - Colombo
No. Of Subordinates: Direct Reports: 1-3; HeadCount: 15-40
Regions Handled: Sri Lanka - Colombo (Work Location - Colombo)
Education: Graduate in any specialization with MBA preferably from a reputed institute,
Experience: 10 - 12 years experience in b2bsales, b2csales sales and operations management (out of which a minimum experience of 4-6 years in a managerial capacity is required).
Preferable Industry: Extensive experience in Tele-sales preferably to #banking, #Insurance, #Telecom, #E-commerce, #Consumer Internet or #Hospitality domain
Job Role :
- The Country Manager is responsible to develop Company business in Sri Lanka, revenue growth and ensuring profitability.
- The incumbent is also responsible for Role Overview managing overall operations, recruiting staff, creating budgets, helping in understanding the region and thereby developing products/services for the local market.
- The role holder will also act as a liaison between the Indian HQ/Corporate and local operations in Bangladesh.
- Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in-country
- Recruit the very best talent in this new market
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers
- Drive high-performance culture among front line staff deployed - Telesales,
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Field Operations team
- Meeting Business Goals for the Region
- Reviewing the performance of the team, driving key metrics like - Sales
- Volume, Revenue/Individual, Employee Churn, Call Quality, and other input parameters in a sales & service driven business Skill and Competencies
Education and Experience:
- Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
- Responsible for optimal capacitation of the centre and work with HR to get the right talent on board
- Collaborate with the corporate leadership team to strategize how best to roll out the product line
- Ensures adherence to organization policies by self and team
- Actively participate/contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Ensure good work environment and infrastructure is provided to associates - in line with local statutory requirements and industry standards
Functional :
- Business Knowledge & Operations Management experience
- Strong affinity for Business development and sales

- Data Orientation - Create, Analyse and Make decisions based on data
- Good proficiency in - English and Regional
- Self-starter and should be able to proceed with minimal supervision
