Country Manager - Supply Chain - Industrial Products Firm

Position Summary:

Develop and manages the direction and daily activities of the Country supply chain with the focus on people, organization, process and information technology. This includes directly managing the end-to-end supply chain of trading business, working with all plant and locations for establishing a strong S&OP Process, inventory management and cost out actions for direct & indirect including logistics. Responsible for embracing and driving lean enterprise systems throughout the Locations & Division supply chain.

Essential Functions:

- Establishes and maintains premier customer service

- Responsible for continuous improvements programs with suppliers

- Responsible for facilitation of the S&OP Process

- Manage National Contracts: including negotiations, contract review, and business review

- Represents the supply chain at Country Level

Qualifications:

- 15 year's Managerial experience in supply chain management.

- Possesses analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal, communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.

- Must be an innovator and embrace lean enterprise principles and practices. Practical experience in implementing lean technologies and practices.

Requirement:

- Looking for candidates having 13-14+ Years of experience leading Supply Chain Activities nationally for large scale organisations, preferably from Engineering Industries or Similar.

- Must Have practical experience in implementing lean technologies & practices.

- National Vendor Development/Management, Contracts Negotiations, Value Engineering, Logistics & Transports, Strategic Procurement etc. are major focused area.

Salary offered: 50-85LPA
