We are anticipating a Country Manager level position with one of our social sector client in Public Health domain. The Role - It's a country leadership position working with the Founder Chairman (based out of United States) to develop innovative healthcare solution programs targeting to create sustainable change at the Base of the Pyramid. - The job challenge is to successfully pioneer radically different healthcare model that can bring change in grass root healthcare delivery model. Need a person with strong commitment to improving living conditions for rural and peri-urban families. The Person - - Demonstrated entrepreneurial energy - Strong business acumen - Problem-solving and Strong Analytical Skills - Hunger and Passion to set up & scale up an organization - Relationship management with multiple stakeholders across levels - Excellent networking ability - Hands on attitude and ability to lead by example Key Attributes - - Some prior experience in multiple stake holder management - Health delivery /Rural markets/ and liaison with government departments. - Some experience in PPP (Public Private Partnership) Programmes. KRA - - Scale-up the state operations to other states - Provide strategic directions to the team - Lead the execution of the launch plan and achieve the critical success parameters identified. - Scale up the business at a rapid pace - Work at improving operations and financial performance and to measure and manage program milestones - Work with customers, partners, and regulators within India steadily to build capacities of the team and local partners. - Build, lead and motivate large team. Qualifications & Experience MSW/MBA/ similar education in social sector from a good Institute with 18 years+ experience. Location: New Delhi Compensation: Attractive, at par with salaries bench-marked to Country Leads of (pan India operational) social sector organizations.
