Country Manager - Sales/Marketing & Retail Operations - Personal Care

Deliverables

The incumbent would lead a team of 200 personnel across the sales, marketing and retail operations for the company and report to the Business Head. She/He would work in close collaboration with the regional marketing team to formulate strategies for launches & re-launches of products and also with the media & creative agencies.

The key deliverables would be as follows:

- Drive profitable business growth.

- Identifying marketing opportunities based on consumer understanding, global trends & developments, market dynamics, segmentation & competitor monitoring.

- Delivery of Market shares.

- Support and deliver excellence in activation.

- Support the supply chain for finished goods import & manufacturing in Bangladesh

Required Professional Skills

- Should be fully operational in the areas of contribution to the company strategy and innovation, customer management, marketing and channel strategy development and management and market activation.

- Should also be proficient in Business Strategy formulation and implementation - General Management capabilities to manage an SBU.

Required Experience

- Around 15 - 17 years of experience in distributive trade and brand management, preferably in FMCG (personal care) industry.

- Experience in leading diverse teams.
