Select and appoint regional distributor/dealers as per standards. Develop a shared destiny mindset.  2. Recruit, train and motivate sales team  3. Establish and drive company sales processes and values; and support implementation of DMS  4. Formulate and implement competency building for the sales team and network through effective sales training programmes  5. Establish a robust product and part delivery system  6. Plan sales promotion activities and market activation to achieve business objective in line with the overall brand development strategy  7. Establish policies and guidelines for sales promotion and market activation  8. Build relationship with finance companies and develop competitive schemes  9. Ensure adherence to local laws affecting distribution, retailing and group sales  10. Anticipate risks related to market network and proactively take mitigation steps  11.
