To lead and direct the operational day to day activities of the business within the African region, driving the business to a new level of operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation, planning, monitoring and reporting of company's activities in Africa, as well as further development of the company, ensuring that a strong strategic direction is maintained
- Build and maintain effective relationships in support of Company's activities within African countries
- Ensure the physical welfare, well-being and professional development of staff
- Oversee the management of office and finance functions
- Ensure effective relations are maintained with other parts of the company
