Country Manager - Plastics Industry

Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.

Responsible for Sales & Business Development.

Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.

Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.

Candidate Profile:-Had prior working experience into Plastic Industry- manufacturer of Plastic jars, bottles, caps, PET, Injection moulding etc.

Capable of taking reports from all areas i.e, Purchase, Admin, HR, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality etc.

Must be action-oriented

Must have working experience in African countries
