Country Manager (Philippines)
Our client is one of the rapidly growing Indian MNC speciality healthcare chains.
Job Location: Manila, Philippines
The role will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and profitability of the company's operations within the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business strategy for a country to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and formulating long-term strategy and short-term business goals.
- Managing top-line and bottom-line growth of business in the region.
- Planning, Budgeting, and Monitoring sales for the region.
- Identify and drive key strategic initiatives in Sales and Operations, Technology, Marketing, Product Development, HR, Finance, and Regulatory, with an objective to further growth, profitability, and/ or optimization.
- Identification of business expansion and growth opportunities for the region.
- Build and lead a high-performing team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their professional growth.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitors' moves to achieve market share metrics.
- Implement and monitor quality control and standards to ensure the highest level of service.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts, medical fraternity, patients, and key opinion leaders to ensure high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete product support.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 9-20 years of experience in managing sales of healthcare business.
- Prior experience in the Hospital (specialty or multi-specialty) or Diagnostic business is preferred.
- Should have experience in new business building or business expansion.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
