Job purpose

- Through strong coordination with internal delivery teams and close contact with the client with strong liaison with clients, ensure overall client satisfaction by delivering the contracted services and servicing their needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities

- Provides significant business value to the client and are trusted advisers who effectively maintain close working relationships with senior client managers.

- Proactively contacts assigned clients to gauge satisfaction levels and needs/challenges.

- Provide ROI calculations when necessary.

- Critiques and advises on critical aspects of project strategies/plans to help ensure project success.

- Expected to attain a high level of participation through billing on a delivery engagement as a means of establishing personal value to a client(s).

- Ensures delivery of the highest quality work at the appropriate margins.

- Drives the intellectual content on engagements, serving as the lead professional and ensuring delivery of the highest quality work.

- During implementation, works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status.

- Creates and executes an account plan for each client in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the utilization of all YALAMANCHILI products and services.

- Responsible for customer communications and conflict resolution.

- Serves as an escalation point of contact for customer and assigns issues to Technical Support team or Software Delivery team as appropriate.

- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and YALAMANCHILI teams, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.

- Aware of and communicates opportunities for account growth and new business opportunities to YALAMANCHILI management.

- Develop and maintain knowledge of client domains in relation to YALAMANCHILI's products.

Reporting

- Country Manager will report into President- Africa region

Skills and competencies required

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Negotiation and presentation skills

- Planning, forecasting and budgeting skills

- Strong market Awareness (ie products offered by competitors)

- Strong knowledge of Payments, Processing Debit and Prepaid.

- Preferably good domain knowledge of Financial Services especially in payment and card space
