Country Manager - International Operations
- Formulate Annual Business Plans (equipment, parts, attachments, implements) based on market & competitive intelligence per market prioritization
- Achieve sales volume (shipment and retail), revenue, profitability, and market share targets - working closely with internal (logistics team) and external (distributor/dealer) stakeholders
- Monitor the efficacy of the sales funnel (inquiry, retails, and conversions) and make course corrections, if required
- Market intelligence - competition activity (pricing, new launches, feature upgrades/downgrades)
- Roll out Sales processes & standards at distributors and dealers
- Drive Sales Satisfaction (SSI) scores by effective co-ordination with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Support)
- Ensure First Time Right (FTR) launches of new products in co-ordination with Product team
- Grow "Brand DNA" by tactical/strategic marketing initiatives
