Your Role:
- We are looking for a sales professional to head the Country sales agenda.
- As the markets come under pressure of various economical / socio-political impact the need of the hour is to hire a "thought leader" who can make a difference by challenging the status quo in the current markets.
- It requires a differentiated thinking and approach to gain market share.
- You will build and lead the country team to deliver / exceed the agreed business results through processes and activities.
- You'll ensure competence and motivation of the entire team, through regular feedback / coaching and use of the Performance Management System (PMS) for all team members.
- You will be expected to respond proactively in an innovative and effective manner to competition / market developments .
- Establish a strong and effective business relationship with the distribution partner organization & staff
Must Have:
- You must carry 5+ years FMCG and preferably beverage & impulse category experience to be able to hit the ground running.
- Prior experience in the Kenya market is a MUST.
- Good career progression and empowerment on the role for the career driven.
- Need an excellent blend of Marketing & sales experience. Commercial acumen is a MUST. Open for any Nationality
