Currently we have an opening for Country Manager in an IT company. Person will be responsible to manage business and P&L in India.
Job purpose
This role requires the candidate to develop business in the India Market. The candidate will need to get the companies, industries to start collaborating
Duties and responsibilities
1. New Customer Acquisition
a. Across Industries, Companies and locations within India
b. Open newer market segments like government, NGOs, etc.
c. Set up re-seller partnerships for increasing reach and inorganic growth
2. Deepen Existing Relationships
a. Cross-sell amongst multiple stake holders in existing clientele
b. Identify new use-cases
c. Build CXO level connects
3. Activating passive leads / prospects
a. Keep track of dormant prospects
b. Update them about periodic developments
c. Identify collaboration opportunities and present solution
4. Represent WorkApps in industry forums along with the direct and dotted Managers
5. Manage the Product & Solutions team including New Business Development & Key Account Management Teams
6. Keep abreast of the product development road-map and contribute to enhancements
Qualifications
1. Technologically Savvy, well-networked at a CXO level
2. Ability to be out-focussed, industry connected
3. Should have worked in enterprise client acquisition space
4. An MBA with 15-18 years of work experience in business development / marketing
5. The role will require travelling extensively across the country
