Job Title: Country Manager - India Location: Mumbai Reports To: Director - International Markets (Based in the UK) Purpose of the Role: Build the Group's Indian presence, helping to grow our existing operations in this market including establishing and cultivating relationships with new target clients with a focus on creating sales by driving revenue and commercial controls to an agreed business plan as well as taking responsibility for the local team. Key Responsibilities: - Exposure to managing P&L of ~INR 100 Cr entity while being accountable for all aspects of the company including finance, sales & operations. - Implement the sales strategy for various accounts, including identifying and driving new business. - Attend client meetings, create and maintain excellent client relationships, setting and exceeding expectations. - Expand relationships with existing clients. - Establish and cultivate relationships with new target clients with a focus on sales conversion and customer retention - Manage the business including sales, margin control, cash generation and overhead control. - Manage the establishment of new teams based on new project wins in coordination with local managers. - Work with other managers in the Group to develop and implement a business strategy to achieve objectives for growth in revenue and profitability. - Work with other location teams to ensure an all-encompassing approach in addressing both opportunities and issues in a proactive manner, ensuring on-going customer communication and follow-up. - Comply with and endorse Group reporting requirements, such as monthly sales and margin forecasting. - Push the business to the highest standards of operational delivery, communication and customer service.
