KRA's:
- Develop the entire organization as a strong team that would enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of company's vision and strategy
- Liaise with other business and vertical heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans
- Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organisation maximizes its short, medium and long-term business objectives
- Learn Company offerings and develop a plan for Nigeria in conjunction with Vertical Business Heads
- Lead the team to determine customer needs; solve business problems; develop marketing, sales and strategic business plans and be responsible for increasing orders volume and profitability
- Drive financial rigor (Sales revenue, margin, base costs) and accountability to ensure business plans meet customer need and maximize the Company’s profitability.
- Lead development and management of partnerships, stakeholder relationships (public & private) and key accounts across the region.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and follow through.
- Implement and institutionalize business process improvements, focusing on enhanced transactional quality consistent with objectives
- Develop and sustain the organization’s culture, values and reputation in compliance to Tata’s Code of Conduct.
- Ensure compliance with the laws of all countries in your region
- Ensure the security and safety of all Company personnel and its assets in the countries of your region
