Our client is one of the leaders in Agro Chemical business, having strong presence in South America, Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. Diversified into Agro produce, Chemical, Engineering and Organic Division. It’s a strategic position as part of client’s expansion to South Africa.

Position offered: Country Manager (Thailand)

Position based: Thailand

Reporting to: Regional Head-International.

OBJECTIVE:

- Entrepreneur with strong skill sets to set up operations in Thailand

- Grow the business in the specified territory by developing meaningful client relationships and develop different functions.

- Attention to detail

- Flexible and positive attitude as there will be a lot of unlearning and learning

- Strong outcome orientation.

Growth Plan:

- Upon successful launch can grow to handle entire region.

Requirements:

- Must have 10 plus years of sales experience in Agrochemical, Crop or fertilizers, of which at least 5-7 years as Regional level.

- Must be B.Sc/M.Sc in Agri. MBA preferred.
