Fulltime MBA / PGDBM (HR) from good institute with around 7 to 12 years of HR Business Partnering role in an reputed known concern.
- Pune based Candidates working as HRBP or leading HR for an BU in an reputed company are preferred (Industry - MFG / FMCG /CD / Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Financial Services , Non IT -ITES setup ).
- Willingness to work as an Individual Contributor.
- Excellent Communication skills , high on initiative level, confident & smart approach.
- Should have experience of working closely with Business Stakeholders & Cross Functional teams.
- Ability to drive independently Key HR processes at both Strategic & Operational level for a BU for 350 + employee strength & 2 plants.
- Have worked and played key role in driving HR projects.
- Strong acumen and working knowledge on managing
- Employee life cycle across multiple business/functions.
- Operational excellence during all annual mega HR processes- Employee Increment, Performance, Development, Succession, etc.
