Description

- Responsible for meeting the sales business plan for India for Trade Finance

- Responsible to direct and manage all activities and resources in India Sales entity to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the entity

- Responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision and control of the Financial Services carried on the Trade Finance India Sales

- Deliver integrated (container + trade finance) sales pitch along with the Product Sales Specialist

- Formulate and execute a clear and effective sales strategy and direction

- Lead key customer visits to explain the new product, benefits and high level process flow

- Co-ordinate with the shipping line to help the sales of container

- Coach, lead and develop direct reports and others stakeholders

- Responsible to drive digital adoption and other channels

Profile

- 12-20 years of experience in Financial Services industry in selling Trade Finance

- Team Handling experience is a must

- Strong hold on regulations as it pertains to Financial Services products (AML, KYC, Fraud prevention, Internal Controls, etc)

- Strong sales and customer communication skills

- Strong market knowledge of trade finance (and/or container sales)

- Self-driven, result-oriented with a proven track record in sales and leadership

- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
