Job Description :
- Incumbent will be responsible for retail channel, hospital sales across the Germany market.
- Handling strategic, key accounts and government relations (tendering) for the portfolio.
- Lead, develop and implement the business strategy for the country to achieve top and bottom line targets in line with the regional commercial strategy.
- Identify and propose new business opportunities to the leadership to assist in developing the future growth strategy for the country.
- Perform indirect marketing and brand building activities, to ensure appropriate positioning of the company's interests in the market.
- Ensure order fulfillment by closely tracking the status, to ensure no penalties imposed for delayed orders.
- Drive training and CME initiatives across the Country to keep field force motivated and ensure business continuity.
Please note : Germany experience is a must, along with generic pharma sales experience.
