Roles and Responsibilities :

- The CH Acquisition is expected to manage customer acquisition across various cities and towns of India. The customers need to sign up on the App and complete documentation

- CH Acquisition would be expected to develop the plan for customer acquisition, setup, train and manage various teams required for the same. Teams could be on ground teams (own as well as third party) or telecalling etc

- Manage the customer acquisition funnel by ensuring adequate support is provided to customers at each stage of the funnel for enhancing conversions from lead to activated customers

- Train the on ground and telecalling teams from time to time to manage customer conversations, handle objections and close leads

- Achieve acquisition target numbers through analyzing funnel and planning programs to grow activities to acquire customers.

- Plan events ,programs and activities that will drive customer acquisition.

- Would be expected to coordinate with multiple teams like operations, business development etc and also with partner merchant teams to initiate and manage acquisition drives.

o Provide feedback and improve the process of customer acquisition in discussion with top management, product, analytics etc.

- Reduce cost of customer acquisition per lead

- Help analytics teams with setting up appropriate monitoring and data analytics for enhancing efficiency in the operations process

- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution

Desired Skills:

- 8-10 years of experience in small merchant acquisition in fintech companies etc or merchant acquisition (not enterprise sales but acquisition of small merchants) in NBFCs or Banks

- Ability to multi task and manage portfolio of sales engagements of varied kinds.

- Data driven approach towards building business case. Ability to simplify complex propositions,and to articulate with conviction.

- Taking ownership and driving results.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills

- Deep knowledge of products, processes, and principles.

- Non-negotiable approach on ethics and other company values.

Preferred Qualification- Strong academic credentials. Preferably from a reputed institution.
