About our Client - A leading medical equipment manufacturer and seller catering to several therapeutic areas, the organisation is a market leader in innovative solutions and has redefined medical care across the globe through the development of advanced medical products. The organisation has a considerable presence in India is looking to bring on board a Country Head to leads its entire operations across South Asia.

Job Description - Reporting to the Vice President - Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing the India & South Asia strategy for the organisation that will unlock key business opportunities and drive growth through innovation

- Overseeing the development of annual plans and ensuring that they are tailored to local customer trends and patterns

- Acting as a brand custodian for the company across the market

- Managing the P&L, and driving the overall business plans to ensure the achievement of company objectives

- Leading and motivating the team in line with the company values to maximize employee engagement, thereby promoting a healthy team culture

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a post graduate with around 15-20 years of total experience, and the ability to lead large teams and drive business results in a core leadership function.

- The candidate must have general management experience and deep knowledge of the medical equipment and devices industry. Furthermore, prior experience of scaling a business and delivering key results is mandatory.

- The client is looking for proven entrepreneur with a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and handle abstract situations in their daily course of work
