1. Heading the Indian operations and would be responsible for the complete P&L targets

2. Lead the multi functional teams to ensure smooth operations of the business

3. Should drive Digital/Offline Marketing to ensure Brand health as well as lead generation

4. Overlook complete Sales operations with strong processes in place

5. Ensure compliances across functions with defined processes

6. Continuous evolution of Technology and product to ensure competitiveness in the Industry.

7. Develop processes to ensure smooth functioning of Finance and HR teams

8. Continuous strategic and tactical inputs to the teams to ensure short and long term goals are achieved

9. Closely work with the CEO with shared organisation goals and work towards its success

10. Should have been exposed to multi-functions for at least 2 years

11. Ideally from a Digital / Ecommerce company

12. Strong sales acumen

13. Strong Analytical skills and data driven

14. Proven People management skills
