Country Head - Job Portal

We are looking to hire Country Head for one of the largest Job Portals in the world which is planning to enter into India. This company has a 50+ million dollars in revenue globally and targeting to expand its footprint to India. We are looking to hire some with similar experience either in running the business side of a job portal in India or leading a head hunting firm (preferably mid size).

Company is planning to hire at least 30-40 people in this geography. The role will require to even look at other Asian countries in the coming future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team

- Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of company's strategic and operational plans

- Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development plans

- Create and monitor marketing plan

- Establish strategic ties with corporate recruiters and other head hunting firms in the country
